CEO met at Kiwanis Park in Clinton to do 2 team building exercises.

The 1st challenge was “the human knot” which builds teamwork, focused on communication skills, teaches strategy, problem solving and encourages persistence. Half of our group was blind folded to increase the level of difficulty.

The 2nd challenge the students were split into groups and given a 5 room “escape room” challenges on business & entrepreneurship. The focus was on working with others they did not know as well, problem solving, analysis of data, communication and working under a deadline.

It was a great way to start the week!
