🌟 Alumni Spotlight: Where Are They Now? 🌟
We’re excited to feature @conleyschick , CEO Class of 2024! Conley is currently attending Butler Community College, where she’s a member of the livestock judging team while studying Agricultural Business—a perfect blend of her passion for agriculture and interest in the business side of the industry.
The CEO Program played a major role in shaping Conley’s path after high school, helping her build confidence, leadership, and strong communication skills. CEO pushed her outside her comfort zone and showed what’s possible when creativity and hard work come together—giving her the confidence to continue judging at the collegiate level and pursue ag business.
One lesson that still stands out today? Clear, confident communication. From judging and teamwork to networking and college life, those CEO skills continue to make a real impact.
đź’ˇ Advice for current CEO students: Take advantage of every connection. The year goes fast, and you never know which conversation or experience will shape your future.
✨ What’s next? Conley plans to transfer to a four-year university to complete her degree and begin building a career in the agriculture industry.
❤️ Favorite CEO Memory: The moment the board approved her group business idea—proof that hard work truly pays off.
We’re so proud of you, Conley, and can’t wait to see what’s next!
