👋 Goodbye, September!

What a month for the CICEO class! 🚀

We’ve toured businesses, learned from incredible leaders, worked as a team, stepped outside our comfort zones, asked A LOT of questions and started figuring out what it really means to produce the WOW.

Because WOW isn’t just about showing up.
It’s about being ALL IN.
It’s about curiosity.
It’s about effort.
It’s about taking ownership.
It’s about doing a little more than what’s expected.

And these students are already learning that the growth happens when you lean in, get uncomfortable and give it your best.

September, you set the bar pretty high. 👏

Now… bring on October! 🧡
We can’t wait to see what’s ahead — and all the ways this group will continue to learn, grow and surprise themselves along the way.
