Starting a business is alot of work. The CICEO students are hard at work learning all of the best practices of business. This past week we met with Lindsey Wise, attorney at Brown, Hay & Stephens. She educated them on the schooling and process of becoming a partner in a law firm. In addition they learned about litigation, collective bargaining, DBS (Doing Business As), and discussed the difference between sole proprietorship, LLC, Corportations and partnerships. Each student was able to give a short summary of their business and get advice on important things to be considering or looking into. It was a great sesssion and they learned a lot.
