About Me

My name is Grady Douglas, and I am currently a junior at Clinton High School. After graduation, I plan to attend college, where I hope to continue my athletic career by playing golf or possibly baseball. Outside of school, I enjoy fishing, spending time with my friends, and staying active through sports.

I first heard about the CEO program last year and was immediately intrigued by the opportunities it offered. I dedicated a lot of time and effort to preparing my application, and I was thrilled when I was accepted. Now that I’m part of the program, I can confidently say that joining was a great decision. Visiting local businesses and hearing from guest speakers has opened my eyes to the world of entrepreneurship and professional development. These experiences have helped me grow as a better listener and become more engaged in class than ever before. I’ve gained a deeper understanding of how businesses work and what it takes to succeed in both leadership and teamwork.

I’m especially excited to begin working on our group business project, and later in the year, develop and launch my own personal business. I understand that it will take a lot of hard work, commitment, and resilience, but I’m ready to face the challenges.
